Customers have a number of ways in which they can pay their accounts with WISE Net.

Payments, including EFTPOS and Credit Cards can be made at our office at 6 Queen Street, Masterton, or by Direct Debit, Automatic Payment, Cheque, Cash, Internet Banking or Telephone Banking.

The options available for payment of accounts are listed below.

1. Direct Bank Debit
Download and print the authority form (PDF format), complete your details or attach a bank deposit slip and send it to WISE Net, PO Box 741, Masterton. Don't forget to put your Orcon Account number on the form. You then receive your monthly account as usual, and if you are happy with the account, you do nothing. If you have a query over any amount, you need to contact us within 10 days of the date of the account. If we haven't heard from you within the 10 days, we direct debit your account. No hassles, no overdue accounts, no disconnections or disruptions to your Internet services

2. Internet Bank Payment
For those who prefer, we do also accept telephone and Internet banking payments.

3. Credit Card
Provide us with your credit card details and we will use this process to pay your account monthly. You then receive your monthly account as usual, and if you are happy with the account, you do nothing. If you have a query over any amount, you need to contact us within 10 days of the date of the account. If we haven't heard from you within the 10 days, we debit your credit card account. Login into My Account, Managed Services. Add your Credit Cards into My Finaces section. We take all the major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.

4. EFTPOS
If you come into our office at 6 Queen Street, Masterton we have an EFTPOS machine and you can use this facility to pay your account by a real-time transaction using your bank or credit card accounts. We take all the major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.

5. By cheque or cash
Detach the payment slip at the bottom of your account, attach your cheque and either post it to us at PO Box 741, Masterton or deliver to our office at 6 Queen Street, Masterton. If you elect to pay by cash we suggest that you DO NOT use the postal service but come into our office and pay.
